Hello,
We are a family run sheep and beef farm in Cheshire, on the edge of the Peak District hosting seasonal events throughout the year. We, the Gilman family have been farming here for over 90 years, and are truly passionate about showcasing British farming and where our food comes from.

We have lots of different breeds of sheep on the farm including North Country mules, texels, zwartbles and herdwicks and Hebrideans for sheepdog training. We also have a suckler beef herd of Hereford cows. As well as the sheep and cows, we also have pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, bees! And lots of sheepdogs.

Charity Work
Over the last 3 years we have raised money for local charities through our events. As of December 2023 we raised £19,122.32 which has now increased as of September 2024, we have raised: £20,071! Which has been split between East Cheshire Hospice, The Christie Charity, the Farming Community Network (FCN) and Bosley Church through hosting our events.
